For most of the 36 years Daphné Swanepoel conducted her business by means of independent estate agencies, of which recently for 8 years as CEO and owner of the PAM GOLDING PROPERTIES franchise in Namibia.

PAM GOLDING PROPERTIES NAMIBIA was acknowledged with the PMR Award (Professional Management Review) for four consecutive years, two years with the Golden Award (2nd overall in sector) and two years with the Golden Arrow Award (1st Overall in sector).
