At the end of last year I decided to book a trip for my husband and myself to go and visit my husbands sister in New Zealand
From all the Travel Agencies I approached Sure Ritz Travels Windhoek Branch were the most friendly and helpful from the onset of booking the flights,Visa Informatiom issuing the electronic tickets as well as arranging extra travel insurance. On the 3 September I sent in the Visitors Visa Application and when the documents arrived in Pretoria it was exactly nine days until we were informed that the visitors visa was approved and is ready to be picked up. This is also all taken care of by Sure Ritz Travel Windhoek Branch. Thank You Elvis Nakale and Hendrina Ashetu
