Your telephonic receptionist lacks professionalism and ettiquette - lacks the level of competence we would expect for such a big company; refuses to transfer calls to departments which have better knowledge of the company and bangs phones whilst a client is still speaking. I am refrring to the incident that happened on 14 August, at aound 9 am!! As the face of the company, the first port of call, there must be more knowledgeability and helpfulness in the receptionist.
