Review Deduction refund

I dont understand why nedloans can not refund my money after i already settled my debt with them... i am already fighting with them to get a refund back of 2 months totaling $3600 and they always fail to provide with information to why they are not able to refund my money. Nedloans im tired of your excuses and give my money back.
