Review Very slow unprofessional service

I booked for a 13H00 appointment and I had to spent a full 2 hours in the queue. If you know your doctors are coming late, inform the patients so they decide to book for another day or time rather than making them wait for hours in the queue. To make matters worse you are not even assuring the patients.
