Review of Cottage Medi-Clinic

1.0
I was last Saturday 15:00 at Medi Clinic Hospital Swakopmund. When we enter the hospital there was nobody at reception. We even called out Hallo. I was looking in one of the alleys and also call out Hallo. When we walk to the other side of the reception we saw the sign (dag Kliniek) and went in there. There we found one nurse and she ask us if it is urgent. I told her that we brought our sun (15 months), she asks then who our house doctor was, because the doctors will open at 5 o'clock she said. At that time she was busy with a patient. I ask her where the casualties are she told me do not give a tone to her otherwise she can get exited (opgewonde) I told her I can also get exited, because it is my child. I was a bit surprised, because she was a lone and nobody to help her except the doctor. She said then we must sit at a bed and wait. We wait for more than 15minutes and still no help at all. My son had a fever and we struggle to got it down and on Saturday he started to show red spots on his body. The reason why we went there was to get help on the fever 39.1 degrees and the spots. I am pregnant and if it is Rubella it could be a problem for me. We found out on Sunday that it is and I am exposed to it and do have low immunity for Rubella. Now we are afraid for my unborn child.
