Paradisegarden Backpackers is existing since December 2006. It is a small chilled out backpackers with a family like atmosphere. Only 10 -15 min walking distance to the centre of town and close to shops and ATMs
It offers accommodation in spacious dormitories and in Single or Double rooms. For those that want to camp, there is also place available. Instead of staying in an anonymous Air BnB come and have fun with us and get all the travel information that you need from the specialists or let us find a cheap rental car for you at no extra cost.

We offer wireless internet on the whole premises and laundry service. In our fully equipped kitchen you can prepare the most delicious meals or be just lazy and order breakfast with home made jams and freshly prepared juices or smoothies of the

In Paradisegarden you will feel home from home. The very heartily and personal atmosphere brings a lot of the visitors back and makes them stay longer as they had planned initially. Some of them stay even for months because they decide to study at the close by Namibian University of Science and Technology (NUST) or do an internship at one of the Hospitals or at any of the orphanages in the township of Katutura.

If you are interested doing an internship in Namibia we can help you find a place. We do not charge any fees to find a place as we are of the opinion that one should not pay for voluntary work!
