Vision:
To be a sought after academic institution that produces graduates competent in social, political, developmental and other areas of skills that all sectors demand or require.

Mission:
To upgrade the symbols of students who did not pass well at Grade 10 level so that they can continue with their high school studies.

To improve the symbols of Grade 12 learners who did poorly in the previous examination in order to qualify for further studies at tertiary level: enter vocational or technical institutions, or university in Namibia or elsewhere.

And compliment government’s efforts through Namcol and other institutions in creating an educated and knowledge-based citizenry useful for national development.
