MRES was formed in 2001, by Mr. Nepolo Parastus , he was just a visionary Refrigeration and Air conditioning student at Windhoek Vocational Training Centre (WVTC). He have hence Graduated with A Diploma In in electrical Engineering majoring in Refrigeration and Air conditioning since then. During that time, the company was only known as Millenium Refrigeration Services, as it was only catering for the refrigeration and air conditioning services.
Later in 2004 it was renamed Millenium Refrigeration and Electrical Services, in order for it to incorporate the demand for its services in electrical general.
