Question for Olivier Rene & Co

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa. I have a patient outstanding debt of R7722.00 since 2016. I would like to know if your firm would be willing to attempt to collect this debt and if so, what the procedure will be.
